Burma

Ever try food randomly?

We do, on occasion and this weekend was one of those...
Burmese food.

Burmese?
Yeah, that was my reaction as well. The delivery side made it perhaps easier to get on board with, but it was a pretty nice surprise.

We ordered in from Rangoon and I quite enjoyed it.

It makes sense, I suppose, the general area that was Burma is surrounded by a lot of cooking I dig. Influences from both India and Thai/Vietnamese cooking are right there, Chinese leans into some dishes too, but there is a distinct independence to the food as well...
So, if you see a Burmese joint I say try it.
