Franks for Friday

Yeah, that is a dinner suggestion you don't get from any other fancy foody blog thing...

How about some franks in a random sauce. Call it creole sauce to impress your guests, but you could just use some ketchup and hot sauce, or something.
Maybe dump some beans an rice in a pot, to continue with the "creole" theme.


That is dinner for eight, for maybe eight bucks right there...

And totally classy.
