Oakland is a special place.
Well, it is a super sketchy place, but people still live there doing everyday shit, like what happens every where.
One thing I have not quite seen anyplace but Oakland is the scraper thing.
Not sure how to explain scrapers, exactly...
But they are cool.
It's a whole scene, a thing people do.
Wikipedia has something to say about 'em.
